Years ago, I lost a family member to commercial sex work. She contracted HIV and couldn’t accept it. Within two years, it progressed to AIDS. I nursed her for three weeks before she died. I had her phone throughout and it kept buzzing 🧵
My mom is the eldest & an only sister to five boys and as her last born child, I always have all the gist in my uncle’s lives. Recently, she was solving a dispute where my uncle took half of his wife’s Inuka stock & gave them to his side chick as a birthday present 😂😂
Dear Zambians,
Pick a team from the Zambian League and support it.
Almost every town in Zambia has a club you can relate to.
Buy match tickets and attend games at the stadium to help grow local football.
Be part of the solution instead of only criticizing the national team.
Mwisho, perhaps the greatest aspect of God, is that he does not act on human emotions.
Your destiny is never in the hands of those who despise and don't like you.
Because God is genuinely not from their grandfathers village.
This is why a negative opinion expressed by a human being should not bother you.
You should exercise the grace of ignoring people.
Not anything and everything deserves your response and reaction.
Umuntu alitumpa sometimes.

PRETORIA HIGH COURT IS TODAY EXPECTED TO HEAR LUNGU FAMILY’S APPEAL BID
By Darius Choonya, Pretoria South Africa
The Pretoria High Court is today Friday, August 15, 2025, expected to hear the Lungu family’s application for permission to appeal the order to repatriate his body to Zambia for a state funeral.
On August 8, 2025, the Zambian government won a legal battle against the Lungu family, securing an order for the body to be handed over to Zambian authorities for a state funeral following his death on June 5, 2025.
However, dissatisfied with the ruling, the family applied for leave to appeal, halting the repatriation process.
This means the order cannot be implemented until the appeals process is concluded.

The Word of God is like that nail that you have to keep hammering in, you don’t just speak it once then let go. You have to keep hammering it in until it sinks in. Confess it even when you’re hurting. Declare it over & over & over until it settles in your soul. Good Morning!🙌🙌
😂💀Graduate from UKZN, UNZA, UNI-Chongwe, Nanjing or even Zhejiang... summa cum laude... only to find yourself in LSMFEZ as a Graduate Trainee being handed torn gloves and told:
"Boss, just help the guys lift these tiles, it's part of the graduate trainee experience."
Meanwhile your degree certificate is folded in your backpack… doubling as a back brace.
Welcome to the Zambian job market, where “graduate trainee” sometimes means glorified casual worker with WiFi access. Let's show some love to job seekers.
@Munalula91 i know someone who tested negative in her first trimester and tested positive a few weeks before giving birth. what advise would you give to someone in that situation?
