@misterhtmlcss @FidoSolutions When the phone eventually shipped it had my old address on there. The one rep I spoke to said it was my fault for not confirming in the emails I received but I told her- they don’t send any emails confirming shipping info until its actually shipped- so what good is that?

wow... @Fidomobile has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Anyone have any recommendations for me to take my mobile/internet services? Bell has better mobile offers but not sure on the internet.

@misterhtmlcss @FidoSolutions My whole ordeal was because the address change wouldn’t take even after 2 live chat agents changed it, when I finally got in touch with someone by phone who “changed it” and processed my hardware upgrade online it showed the new address.
