This is on page 121 of the 5th Edition Player's Handbook, released in 2014. None of you called it 'Woke' then, nobody threw a fuss over it.

D&D wouldn't be so popular and mainstream today if it wasn't for 5th Edition & groups like Critical Role being so inclusive and welcoming.
