@rhett_carlson The ex-Alliance Bank Center would be difficult. The attached parking ramp extends over Cedar (LRT) and next to the fmr Ecolab bldgs on Wabasha St. If the tower and its podium can come down w/out effecting the ramp, then it’s much easier.
