This police operation was created to target those who exposed child rape in Oldham. The official overseeing it is now heading toward Downing Street.

They designed this operation specifically to target whistleblowers. Operation Hexagon was a collaboration between Greater Manchester Police, Oldham Council, and Labour politicians. The grooming gangs or those shielding them were never the focus. Instead, the operation targeted those who blew the whistle and ordinary citizens questioning how children ended up being raped in Oldham.
