Yes we are hiring but the turn over rate is high. Job is not secure, always walking on eggshells. This is a tactic! The only fear our company has is local 3 is here. Pay will decrease, more work, and you can’t refuse to take it even if your shift is over.

1) @GetSpectrum is refusing to replace 500 cable or 875 cable. They rather just resplice it and call it a day. They are trying to save money, but repeats are going up due to ingress and noise into the system.
