Having voted for candidates in the Democratic Party, I cannot say that all of them have been a mistake, but I now see that some of the key Democratic candidates that I have voted for do not have integrity, and they were misleading the public and that I have been misled and betrayed, and anyone who has any shred of integrity will not be able to un see how powerfully consequential fraud is in a very real way and cannot accept that as a method of destruction and self-destruction as an acceptable path forward for humanity, personally or collectively. To vote for the Democratic Party at this point today in 2026 is simply to capitulate all values of holding us accountable of whether or not we have integrity. It isn’t humane to strip away dignity and integrity. It’s beyond spiritual, or maybe it is spiritual, but in any case to deteriorate integrity is suicidal and being suicidal is very sad and the way back to feeling healed and good about oneself is to rebuild integrity. That is possible.

For one pint of half-and-half, just pasteurized milk and with the lacto bacillus Reutori I put in three capsules so that is three capsules for 2 pints of half-and-half and then I probably put in about 4 tablespoons of yogurt starter that’s yogurt from the lactobacillus reuturi yogurt culture from previous yogurt batch. The previous yogurt batch was a little bit more liquidy than I had liked it and it was in the refrigerator for a few more days in the refrigerator. Got a little bit warm, but then we got back cool again so anyway, I’m hoping that it all turns out because so far for two years this batch has been utilized forward in every single new batch. I’ve always take like 4 tablespoons or even just two big tablespoons maybe 3 tablespoons for either one or 2 pints of half-and-half. It usually come out super creamy and so I’m hoping that this one comes out super creamy again and I have a very good capsules of the I always add in brand new capsules of the culture or that or the bacteria itself every single time as well but this time I used a little bit more and it’s about 30, billion CFU or something a high number in each capsule. Do I have a pretty good chance of this batch coming ok cause it was slightly Off slightly. It didn’t curl it didn’t have anything bad. It just tasted slightly off and I’m hoping that with these new ingredients it’ll totally perk it back up.
