This is our response to Pastor Dolapo Lawal and other ministers in the body of Christ who seek to consistently demonize HYPERGRACE MINISTERS.
Please note this also PFN young wing leaders!
Thanks for your attention on the matter!
“Shifting the culture” is plainly an attempt to use another means other than God’s wisdom to spread the gospel.
It’s carnal. We are not wiser than God. And we don’t love humanity more than Him.

For 8 months, I worked harder than everyone I knew. Woke up at 5 AM. Stayed up till midnight. But my bank account told a different story. Here's what I was doing wrong.
First, let me paint you a picture of what my days looked like:
Wake up at 5:30 AM.
Check messages. Reply to DMs. Answer every comment.
Jump on 3 "quick" calls that somehow became 2 hours.
Respond to "urgent" client requests that weren't really urgent.
Spend 90 minutes designing the perfect Instagram story.
Answer more messages.
Research competitors for "inspiration."
And somehow, it's 11 PM, and I'm exhausted but haven't actually BUILT anything.
I felt productive. I looked busy. My calendar was full.
But my bank account? Empty.
My business growth? Flat.
𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙨𝙩𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜: 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙀𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙝𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙭.
Most people have heard of it. But here's what nobody tells you:
If you're busy but unproductive, you're probably spending 80% of your time in Quadrant 3 and Quadrant 4 without even realizing it.
Let me break it down:
𝗤𝟭 (𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁): Crises, deadlines, client emergencies. The stuff that MUST get done NOW.
𝗤𝟮 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁): Strategy, planning, skill-building, relationship-building, creating systems. The stuff that actually GROWS your business.
𝗤𝟯 (𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁): Other people's emergencies, unnecessary meetings, most emails, interruptions. The stuff that FEELS productive but isn't.
𝗤𝟰 (𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 + 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁): Mindless scrolling, busywork, perfectionism, distractions... The stuff that's just wasting your time.
Here's the truth:
Most solopreneurs and entrepreneurs live in Q3 and Q4, thinking they're being productive.
They're answering every message immediately (Q3).
They're perfecting logos that don't matter yet (Q4).
They're attending every networking event (Q3).
They're watching "one more" YouTube tutorial instead of implementing (Q4).
Meanwhile, the REAL work... the Q2 work that builds actual wealth... gets pushed to "when I have time."
𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙:
The wealthiest people I know spend 60-70% of their time in Q2.
Building systems. Creating assets. Learning high-value skills. Planning strategy.
The stuff that's not urgent, so it's easy to ignore.
The stuff that's not sexy, so it doesn't get Instagram stories.
But it's the stuff that COMPOUNDS.
𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙄 𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙢𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙌2, 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙙:
Instead of answering every DM immediately, I created automated funnels (Q2).
Instead of jumping on every call, I built frameworks that pre-qualified clients (Q2).
Instead of perfecting each post, I created content systems that worked while I slept (Q2).
Result? My income went from ₦512,000 to over ₦2.8 million per month in 4 months.
Same hours. Different FOCUS.
𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚'𝙨 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙪𝙙𝙞𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙬:
Pull out your calendar from last week.
For every single activity, ask yourself: "Which quadrant was this?"
If more than 50% of your time was spent in Q3 and Q4, you now know why you're not growing.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆:
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗢 𝘁𝗼 𝗤𝟯 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝟰. That "quick call"? If it's not moving your business forward, decline it. That "urgent" email? If it's someone else's priority, not yours, delegate or delay it.
𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗤𝟮 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Block 2-3 hours daily for strategic work. Treat it as non-negotiable. This is where wealth is built.
𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗤𝟮 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁. It never will. That's the trap. Building systems, learning skills, planning strategy... none of it screams for your attention. But it's what separates the ₦400,000/year earners from the ₦4 million/month earners.
==================
Some people will read this and go right back to being "busy."
Some will agree but change nothing about how they spend their time.
Some will keep answering every notification like their life depends on it.
But a few?
A few will look at their calendar today and ruthlessly cut out everything in Q3 and Q4.
A few will start protecting their Q2 time like it's worth millions... because it is.
A few will finally understand that being busy is not the same as building wealth.
If you're one of the few, SAVE THIS NOW, leave a comment, and share this post.

As a parent, I think this video has taught me something useful.
I recommend that you should try it on your kids, too.
I have also shared it with my wife.

Stop waiting for God to call you.
He's not going to.
I spent years waiting for the burning bush.
The audible voice.
The unmistakable sign.
It never came.
Then I read the New Testament again.
And I noticed something I'd missed for decades:
God doesn't call in the New Testament.
He asks about desire.
"If any man desire to come after me..."
"If any man desire the office of a bishop..."
"If any man thirst, let him come..."
Not "if any man is called."
Not "if any man is chosen."
Desire.
In the Old Testament, God grabbed prophets by the collar.
Moses at the bush.
Samuel in the temple.
Isaiah in the throne room.
He gave them no choice.
But you're not under the old covenant.
You're under the new.
And under the new covenant, God doesn't drag you into purpose.
He waits to see if you want it.
I've talked to hundreds of men sitting in their rooms.
Waiting.
Praying for direction while refusing to move their feet.
Begging for purpose while despising the body that would carry it out.
They're waiting for a call that isn't coming.
Because the call already came.
It's the fire in your chest that won't shut up.
That's Him.
The sign you're waiting for is the desire you keep ignoring.
You don't need permission.
You need to move your hands.
The distance between your mouth and your hands is the distance between you and God.
You can pray all day.
Journal all night.
Listen to sermons while you scroll.
But until your hands move...
Until desire becomes action...
You're just making noise.
He already told you what to do.
Love Him.
Love your neighbor.
Make disciples.
Use your gifts.
Steward your body.
Build your house.
The instructions are on the page.
The only question is whether you'll move.
Stop waiting for clarity.
Stop waiting for a sign.
Stop waiting for permission.
Close the distance.
Today.
