@RupertLowe10 After the fact or lying. Just because he tries to save face does not make this honourable in any sense of the word. Stop supporting such behaviour.
@glitterresist_@fesshole I would argue that in this instance, the sale would likely fall into fraudulent misrepresentation, meaning the caveat emptor doctrine would likely exempted.
@AmazonHelp Hmm read between the lines there a tad. Issue was not addressed I was basically called a liar and that I did not chose next day delivery. And that it would turn up today. For utmost clarity. It did not, as of yet I donโt have a revised estimate.
@AmazonHelp For reference I have read your link and my experience does not fit with amazons estimates on delivery. I spoke with an Amazon colleague who assured me the delivery would be made today and apologised for the error . If only customers could delay payment until goods are received.
@AmazonHelp There is a difference between receiving an email stating next day delivery. To then having the date changed by Amazon for it the then ultimately fail to tune Iโm up on the changed date set by Amazon. No help page will fix incompetence.
I hear the press have got hold of some pictures and so I have been forced to make this statement. Needless to say, I apologise. https://t.co/mNRsQ57iTF
