@AndySwan My experience in these types of establishments:
We actually don’t serve coors light..
We actually don’t do discounted buckets…
We actually don’t have buckets in which we could serve you 5 beers even if we WANTED to…
@antidoc 1) There are more fat calories in chicken thighs than the food label claims.
2) if you are sick or hungover the most productive thing to do is eat in a surplus.
3) the music you listen to impacts blood pressure
@MarcLobliner I’ve seen plenty of very big dudes who don’t BB bench, BB Squat, or deadlift, but still program heavy ass barbell rows… like they can’t quite replicate the results w/ a machine alternative
@The_W_Coleman My brolosophy:
40g carbs 40g protein w/in an hour. 0 fat in the pre or post.
If in a deficit I might push it back a bit to fight off late night hunger
Without exception (for me): pre and post within a 5 hour window
@OLordHear @MrPeach8681@ZubyMusic He’s referring to exogenous testosterone. Mr Peach here would like you to share with the class whether you stick a needle in your glute or apply a topical to your male parts. lol no one’s business of course. the question itself is a compliment on this side of twitter!
@EC_Barbell_Club @alexfeinberg Nuanced conversation obviously. But the bar of what is “enough for health/longevity” is far lower than the lifting enthusiasts thinks
@EC_Barbell_Club @alexfeinberg The guy w/ a 495lb double is no more likely to be able to squat his body weight at 75yo than the 225x10 guy. I’d actually argue he’s less likely to be able to.
