big corps have a hard time attracting this talent. They won’t go and work for a company just because they can get millions of dollars and a bunch of options

they either build something themselves, or they go and work for companies w/ visionary leaders that are truly pioneering change in a way that aligns with their passions & resonates with their vision of the future

these are really the only places that can offer the autonomy and flexibility they need to meaningfully contribute to something groundbreaking
