I think lobster rolls are maybe the peak of all lobster foods but could still be better executed as bite size mini lobster rolls

One time I ordered olive oil and balsamic with assorted bread and the server came back and told me they didn’t have any oil and only had rolls left so I dipped my sad dinner rolls in purr balsamic vinegar and pretended it was okay
