@cllrbarrysaul @JohnCosgrave10 @dlrcc @JimGildea2014 Phase 1 of Tully Park was completed in 2018 and has been fully maintained (grass cut and landscaped) since then. Local residents have been denied access even during a global pandemic when at times there was a 2km movement restriction.
