@PoliSue2 @UnderHeavensSky@annalynnfrey The @nytimes county numbers haven’t changed since last night. Do we know if the latest ballots which narrowed the lead are from Otero?
Do NOT go to @Walgreens for your COVID booster or flu shot. I had scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago for today and only hours before the appointment they cancelled -no explanation given.
Next appointment offered is in two weeks. Terrible customer service.
@InspireToFIRE1 This is my goal in 10 years. Either a los stress part time job or I’ll start a small side gig of my own. Health insurance is less of an issue for me so keeping my options open.
@APurpleLifeBlog Those are artificial goalposts. Maybe you would like to do a fun 10k trail run or publish a short story. As someone who ran several marathons in my 20s, they aren’t that fun. I’d rather run beautiful routes than queue up at 5 am with 30k people.
@MattLaneWrites Oooh, the one near the watergate? That one has the fun story about getting blown up by the prototype stinger missile during the Cold War.
I was hesitant to join a gym since in the past, I’ve been terrible about going.
Last Nov, #covid weight was piling on so I joined @AnytimeFitness for $39/mo.
In the past year, I have gone 212 times making my cost per session about $2.20.
$ well spent💪
@AdultingIsEasy These can also be very stressful professions making people subject to burnout. I’d rather not have a burnt out attorney/doctor handling my case or operating on me!
@Military_Dollar Sporting equipment: a bike, skis, passes, kayak/paddle board, racks, camping gear can make a big dent.
Mattress or area rug
Home repair or appliances.
@ipickuppennies It’s a prefect solution for a friend of mine who lives in a tiny apartment in a city, works long hours, and is gluten free. She has no room to keep a bunch of different ingredients, no time or mental energy to meal plan and shop, and gets fun new GF meals to try.
Outside of a MM and a tiny RH account, I’ve never had any investments outside of retirement accounts.
After fully funding my EF, 401(k), and paying off debt, I started my first brokerage account.
Maybe not the best time to get in the market, but now a proud owner of ETFs.
