人をスパスパ切れる人って、冷たいというより「関係には寿命がある」という前提で生きてるんだと思う。

合わなくなった、信頼がなくなった、生活が変わった。なら終わる。それを「関係の失敗」ではなく「関係の終了」として処理している。

だから自分が切られる側になっても、「切られるってこんなに辛いんだ。今まで悪いことしたな」には案外ならない。

むしろ「そりゃ相手にも離れる自由はあるよな」で終わる。

ここで面白いのは、人を切れない人ほど「切る＝相手を傷つける行為」と考えるから、自分が切られたときにも「こんな酷いことをされた」と感じやすいこと。

逆に切れる人は、自分にも他人にも同じ撤退権を認めている。

「去らないこと」を愛情だと思っている人と、「いつでも去れるのに一緒にいること」を愛情だと思っている人では、人間関係の倫理そのものが違うんだと思う。

「成功させよう」ではなく「ダメならもう一回やろう」で始めるのがかなり有効。

1. เวลาโดนด่า ไม่ใช่ทุกคนจะรับเป็นสนามอารมณ์ได้ตลอด อย่าสร้างภาพลักษณ์ให้มันดูห่างออกจากความเป็นมนุษย์

เพราะทุกคนต่างมีวันพร้อมและไม่พร้อมที่จะรับมือ อย่าเข้าใจผิดว่าคนนั้นคนนี้รับมือได้ตลอด แบบนั้นคือคุณตัดสินเขาแบบโยนภาระใส่ได้ง่ายๆ และบางคนที่ต่อให้รับได้แต่พอนานๆ เกิดอาการ burnout ไม่รู้ตัว เพราะเขากลัวการที่วันนึงเขาระเบิดไป คนมองเขาในแง่ลบ เช่น ธาตุแท้เป็นแบบนี้? ทนไม่ได้ตลอด?

2. ความผิดพลาดเกิดจากเขาหรือสิ่งไหน คนมี Growth mindset เขาจะใช้เวลาพิจารณาเอง ปกติเขารับฟีดแบคมาคิด แต่ไม่ใช่รับอารมณ์คนอื่น ทำได้มากสุดคือการรอให้อีกฝ่ายหยุด แบบไม่โต้ตอบเพราะรู้ว่าไม่ได้อะไรนอกจากเติมน้ำมันในกองไฟ มันใช้เวลา

และการเรียนข้อผิดพลาดจากความล้มเหลว ก็มีข้อจำกัดอื่นๆ อีก เช่น

2.1. อาจใช้เวลานานในการฟื้นตัวจากความผิดหวังเพราะความล้มเหลวอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นใจและกำลังใจ

2.2. ความเสี่ยงของการตำหนิตัวเองมากเกินไปเพราะบางคนอาจมีแนวโน้มที่จะตำหนิตัวเองมากเกินไปแล้วส่งผลเสียต่อสุขภาพจิต

2.3. ต้องมีความแข็งแกร่งทางจิตใจในระดับนึงเพราะการเผชิญหน้ากับความล้มเหลวต้องอาศัยความเข้มแข็งทางจิตใจ

3. ถ้าเขาอยากหาความท้าทาย เขาหาเอง แต่ถ้าหัวหน้าโยนงานอะไรเกินความสามารถเขา ก็ขาดการเป็นคนอ่านเกมหรือผู้นำ put the right man into the right job ทักษะต่างๆ ควรได้รับการสนับสนุนด้วย ไม่ใช่คาดหวังว่าคนแบบนี้ต้องทำได้
