ATF Releases NFA guidance in response to the Texas NFA lawsuit:

"Effective October 9, 2026, ATF will no longer require individuals to seek ATF approval under the NFA before making or transferring short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, silencers, and “any other weapon[s]” as defined in 26 U.S.C. § 5845(e). ATF will also no longer require such items to be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record. These policies apply uniformly to anyone otherwise subject to these requirements, not just to the plaintiffs in the litigation."

JUST IN: The Pentagon confirms the execution of Nidal Malik Hasan will be livestreamed after Secretary of War Pete Hegseth told @JackPosobiec that the execution would be public.

It will be the first U.S. public execution in 90 years.

In 2009, Hasan killed 13 people and wounded 32 others at Fort Hood as he shouted "Allahu Akbar" and opened fire.

The Associated Press reports that the execution will be livestreamed.

Hasan will be executed by firing squad on December 3rd at Fort Hood, the same place where he carried out the attack.
