🇺🇸 TODAY IS CONSTITUTION DAY.

On September 17, 1787, delegates in Philadelphia signed the United States Constitution.

But Constitution Day shouldn’t simply be about celebrating an old document behind glass.

It’s about remembering what that document represents.

The Constitution created a federal government of limited and enumerated powers, divided authority among three branches, and established a system designed to prevent too much power from accumulating in any one place.

And four years later, the Bill of Rights made certain protections explicit—including the Second Amendment:

“…the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

Those words aren’t museum pieces.

The Constitution only matters if Americans understand it, defend the liberties it protects, and hold government accountable to its limits.

So today, don’t just celebrate Constitution Day.

READ IT.
KNOW IT.
TEACH IT.
DEFEND IT.

Because a free people should never have to be told what their Constitution says.
