@juliaisautistic "Perfectly Loved", by Rachael Lampa. I have a hard time loving and accepting myself knowing my dark thoughts and deeds, sometimes to the point where I believe that I am worthless to everyone, and even God can't/won't forgive me anymore. But this song breaks through.
@pfitzer_jessica Wait, I've been doing this my whole life, especially on the right side. I pick at the skin on my thumb (it's built up a huge crunchy calus) so badly that it bleeds sometimes, but I can't help it.
Pray for my sister's cat who is the best cat out of 3 (I love Merl so much) dislocated a hip he is only 8,
A sweet boy. His parents took him to 4 emergency vets, and he is on pain meds, surgery next Thursday.
They are such good pet parents.
Pray for my sister's best cat (out of 3) named Merl. He dislocated his hip and has to have surgery on Thursday. His parents took him to 4 emergency vets before this. Now pain meds and waiting to surgery. My sister's not best birthday was today. He's a good boy, she's a good sis.
So I found some really old orange juice in the back of the fridge and I put a shot of gin in it, and now I'm reading the Snoop cook book. My husband said I might die, but I'll die a gangsta.
@Annatardify@criprights Been blamed by everyone for my son's autism bc of my bipolar depression, my obesity, my drinking caffeine before birth, my emergency C-section and bottle feeding, and being "emotionally distant" (PND+bipolar depression) after. I've always felt like a horrible mother.
I'm having a hard time feeling like the #Titanic submersible is tragic since they literally paid 250,000 to go down there? Like, you knew what you were getting into. You're not exploring. This is vanity.
Wanna know what "radicalized" me? The fact that my parents gave me a love of knowledge and a set of encyclopedias that my spectrum-ass devoured for fun. FACTS radicalized me. History through an apolitical lense.
@Angel617Liz My family had a Mr coffee, but my grandparents and aunts and uncles got together, pots and pots of strong coffee, and slices of creme cake and cookies and hours of stories and conversation around the dining room table. I relished the time I moved to the grown-up table.
