Air burst ammunition fired from a Russian anti-aircraft autocannon (presumably Pantsir's 2A38M) impacts cars at a parking lot in the city of Yaroslavl in western Russia.
That occured when Russian forces were attempting to repel a Ukrainian drone attack on the local oil refinery on August 6, 2026.
The SBU has posted a video of the combat use of drones in recent times, YouTube link (https://t.co/O6scV17zsU terms of tanks, it is quite interesting. First of all, footage of the T-72B3M of the 2025 model with stock mangals, essentially completely unprotected, and the T-90M with a hedgehog and a bare hull. This is strange, but not particularly interesting.
What is curious are the frames of drones being used against a T-72B3A with Arena (number 133). This time it is possible to see that the system’s counter-munitions were expended. That is, the tank already had an empty APS ammunition load at the moment it was hit by the drone in the footage. As previously noted, the available ammunition load of the modernized Arena does not match modern realities, and increasing it is impossible for a number of reasons – if more ammunition is mounted, the engine compartment simply will not open.

The student was seemingly armed with a Czech CZ-75 Compact pistol with tens of 9x19mm bullets.
This is a brilliant approach to missile/drone interceptors—including the idea of bypassing glacial military buyers and selling directly to private companies who are threatened by the Iranians.
