We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Pt. Sanjeev Shankar, internationally acclaimed shehnai exponent, composer, teacher. Alongside his brother, Pt Ashwani Shankar, he carried forward the rich legacy of his forefathers.

May his soul rest in peace.

A remarkable evening of Kathakali at @IISERPune. Kiratham, where Arjuna seeks the Pashupatastra from Lord Shiva, who disguises himself as a hunter with Parvati to test Arjuna's loyalty. Made possible by volunteers of @spicmacaypune @spicmacayiiserp, overseen by C.V. Raman.
