I honestly cannot think of a worse week to race than this one. With a soccer playoff game, two track meets, & running it on about 4 hours of sleep. However, with all that said McClane stadium was awesome, I had 100% obstacle completion, & I set a new Stadion PR by 7 minutes!

Today was one of those races that truly tests your soul. 12.5 miles up & down a mountain but I loved every minute of it. I loved even more my beautiful wife captured these great photos & videos. Today was a good day!

- A very sore back
- Two delayed flights
- My rental car company running out of cars
However I got to run a great race in probably one of the most beautiful venues ever! Moral to the story, no excuses, never!
