English doesnât have a plural version for âyouâ
So it makes sense that ppl from other countries who are used to using plural form for you would gravitate towards âyallâ
@tragic_endings_ âYâallâ is doing the job English never bothered to do. Once youâve grown up with *ihr*, *vous*, *ustedes*, or *jullie*, a single âyouâ for one person *and* a whole group feels broken so people just grab the first working plural they hear online
