the solana:F4K2SbLNgyz9gzNqT8bPeLpRkxy4oMA9twaffUDdZtB6 Hooks are built 🪝
20 rules written into the coin itself. Program live on Solana mainnet, smoke-tested 23/23.
Orca pools take hook coins once Orca gives them a token badge.
The day @orca_so opens it, https://t.co/9xpc4n0azr launches with hooks.
went deeper on $pod and the mechanics are even better than i thought 🌊
most launchpads park your coin on a bonding curve and migrate it later
pod skips that. every coin gets its own orca whirlpool from the first block with liquidity locked for good
one fixed 2% fee on every trade
70% creator side
30% platform
the platform cut paid in sol or usdc buys and burns $pod. over 8% of supply is already gone
now the part nobody is pricing in
coins can pair with sol or usdc or even a tokenized stock. 300+ assets to choose from
and cargo coins take it further
$carg10 uses 70% of its trading fees every hour to buy 10 tokenized stocks
half of that goes to wallets holding 100k+ $pod
that's roughly $100 worth of $pod right now
so supply keeps burning while holders get paid in tokenized stocks
the memecoin x stocks flywheel has been running on robinhood chain
pod is running that playbook on solana and plugging it straight into orca liquidity
80+ coins live
$2m+ volume
not even 2 weeks old
~1m mc
Im adding some solana:F4K2SbLNgyz9gzNqT8bPeLpRkxy4oMA9twaffUDdZtB6 seems undervalued af
sooo i dug deeper:
site actually looks organic and polished, not like another hella vibecoded copycat with the same recycled launchpad specs.
dev keeps shipping, the product is working and there’s clearly something interesting happening around orca. they’ve already given pod some attention, so i’m definitely watching how that relationship develops.
and people are sleeping on orca itself.
~$2.25b in dex volume over the last 7d.
~$7.9b over the last 30d.
$500b+ in cumulative volume.
this isn’t some dead ecosystem that pod is trying to build on top of. orca is already one of solana’s major liquidity venues, processing billions every month.
ik launchpad szn has been beaten to death already and most of them are basically the same shit with a different frontend.
but that’s exactly why i think $pod deserves a shot.
tiny project, dev keeps shipping, product looks legit and it’s building its entire launch model directly around orca liquidity.
orca already has the volume.
orca already has the liquidity.
pod just needs to bring the launches.
if it manages to become a meaningful permissionless launch layer feeding new assets and volume into orca whirlpools, the upside from here gets pretty fucking interesting.
still early as fuck.
but that’s kinda the point.
$pod
ok aped $15k on solana:F4K2SbLNgyz9gzNqT8bPeLpRkxy4oMA9twaffUDdZtB6 @ 750k mc
my 2cents:
i’ve been digging into $pod and i think the market is massively underestimating what they’re trying to build around orca.
the thesis is actually pretty simple.
orca has already built the liquidity layer.
$pod is trying to build the permissionless launch layer on top of it.
instead of launching a token into some isolated ecosystem and hoping liquidity eventually shows up, pod lets projects launch directly into their own orca whirlpool, with different pairing options including sol, usdc and dozens of other assets.
that distinction matters when you look at the scale orca already has.
orca has processed over $500b in cumulative trading volume, with billions flowing through the dex every month.
pod doesn’t need to capture all of that. not even remotely.
it just needs to become a relevant entry point for new assets entering the orca ecosystem.
and this is where $pod itself gets interesting.
the platform captures part of the fees generated by its pools, and fees collected in assets like sol and usdc are used to buy $pod and burn it.
so the flywheel is basically:
more launches → more trading → more fees → more $pod buybacks → more $pod burned
and this isn’t purely theoretical anymore.
the platform is already live, launches are happening, volume is being generated and according to their dashboard, over 87m $pod has already been burned, around 8.7% of the original 1b supply.
all while the token is still sitting at microcap territory.
that’s the asymmetry i’m looking at.
you have a tiny project building directly around one of solana’s largest liquidity venues, with the underlying dex already doing billions in monthly volume.
and imo orca itself is becoming more interesting too.
more volume, more liquidity, more assets and more infrastructure being built around it means a bigger ecosystem for something like pod to potentially tap into.
obviously none of this means pod automatically captures orca’s growth.
that’s the bet.
the real question is whether pod can go from dozens of launches today to hundreds or eventually thousands, while actually retaining meaningful trading activity after those launches.
if that happens, the fee and burn mechanism becomes much more interesting.
i’m not betting on another random launchpad.
i’m betting on the possibility that orca becomes an increasingly important liquidity layer on solana and $pod becomes one of the permissionless launch layers built directly on top of it.
orca already has the liquidity.
pod needs to bring the launches.
if they execute, i think people are going to look back at this valuation and realize how early it actually was.
bullish on $pod.
ZIP Protocol: Zcash-Settled Privacy for Robinhood Chain RWA
The first shielded vault where tokenized stocks actually live on Zcash L1, not just anchor their hashes to it.
For the last eighteen months, "privacy on EVM" has mostly meant one of two things: a Tornado-style fixed-denomination pool for a single asset, or an encrypted-notes clone of Aztec/Railgun running inside a memecoin. Both of those are shielded applications. Neither of them is a shielded settlement layer for real-world assets, and neither of them touches Zcash in any meaningful way.
ZIP Protocol is different in two specific ways that matter.
First, we're on Robinhood Chain, where 197 real tokenized US stocks already live — NVDA with $54M of on-chain liquidity, AAPL at $17M, TSLA, SPY, QQQ, tokenized SpaceX (SPCX) private equity, Global Dollar (USDG) stablecoin, every major gaming and tech issuer that Robinhood has brought on-chain. These are not synthetics or derivatives. They are the real custodied share, settled on-chain, A Robinhood user already holding NVDA on-chain can approve our vault and shield that position in a single MetaMask transaction. No bridge, no new wallet, no new chain to learn.
Second, we settle privacy on Zcash L1 itself — not symbolically through hash anchors (though we do that too), but through actual ZIP32 Orchard key material derived from the user's EVM signature, importable one-click into Zashi or Nighthawk. One signature on your MetaMask produces, deterministically, three identities simultaneously: an EVM address, a Semaphore ZK commitment, and a Zcash Unified Full Viewing Key. The last of those is the critical piece. ZeroTrace, the closest other protocol in this niche, is architecturally pure EVM. It cannot produce a Zcash UFVK. It cannot settle to the Orchard shielded pool. It cannot give users Zcash-native compliance disclosure. We can, we do, and that is the moat.
The rest of this article explains, with concrete references to code and on-chain transactions you can verify, how the three layers fit together: the ZK vault on Robinhood Chain, the Zcash L1 settlement integration (Phases A–C), and the security guarantees that come from an immutable, governor-renounced contract with a backend-free fallback withdraw page.

What shipped (technically)
1 · Pons v2 as execution layer
Dropped our custom ERC-20 + UniV2 pool deploy pipeline. ZIP now calls pons.launchToken() directly (0.0005 ETH launch fee, instant ERC-20 + bonding curve). Pons handles the curve, snipe tax, graduation to Uniswap V4, and permanent liquidity lock — we delegate ~400 lines of code to a battle-tested contract.
2 · 1:1 settlement mirror via ZPAD op 8
A new 60-byte ZPAD opcode encodes every pons CurveBuy / CurveSell event as a single OP_RETURN payload: {pair_id, side, amount_in, amount_out, reserves, evm_tx}. Operator polls each pons curve, extracts events, and broadcasts a Zcash tx carrying the payload.
3 · Shadow Zcash addresses (zero signup)
Every EVM wallet is deterministically mapped to its own Zcash t-address. No signing, no key management, no registration — the address exists for you automatically the first time you trade. Every mirror tx sends 1000 zats to that address, so your lifetime trade history accumulates permanently on-chain, viewable on any Zcash block explorer.
4 · Adaptive batching (ZPAD op 9)
When backlog > 5 ops, publisher auto-switches to merkle-root batching: up to 20 trades compressed into one Zcash tx with a 32-byte merkle commit, plus one 1000-zat P2PKH per unique trader. Keeps the system responsive during pons sniper bursts (we saw 178 trades in 60s on launch — all captured, zero dropped).
5 · Live chart via GeckoTerminal
Canopy tokens embed GeckoTerminal iframe for post-graduation UniV4 pool. Bonding-curve stage shows a "Trade on Pons" CTA (GT doesn't index curves until graduation).
6 · Dual-link trade history
Every row in recent trades shows both the Robinhood execution tx hash and the Zcash settlement tx hash. Status is tied to actual zcashTx availability (settled vs queued vs zcash pending), not just time elapsed — zero false confirmations.
7 · Verifiable from anywhere
Anyone can diff Pons curve events vs ZPAD op 8/9 records on Zcash in a single query. Operator cheating → immediately visible gap. We're open-sourcing a zip-reconciler CLI for this.
Numbers from the first production load
178 pons CurveBuy/CurveSell events captured in the first 60s
534 total mirror ops published to Zcash L1 so far
~15s typical settlement delay (one Zcash block cycle)
~90s worst-case under peak sniper bursts
0 dropped events
Trade on Pons. Settle on Zcash. One for one. Forever.

Just finished putting together a short article on $POD.
Covered the product, fee modules, the $POD burn mechanism, and the on chain connection to Ember.
Tried to keep it simple.
Would love to hear what you guys think. 👀 https://t.co/bYKgrLIAvN
A little surprise from holding solana:F4K2SbLNgyz9gzNqT8bPeLpRkxy4oMA9twaffUDdZtB6 (it has many modes)
You don't believe me when I say I might compete with top launchpads right ?
It's built in such a skilled manner. You don't even realize.
