One of my main issues with Trump/MAGA has always been how it thrives on dividing Americans. A president should try to unite people, not constantly stir the pot and make them hate each other.

The extremely closed-minded and mean-spirited reactions from some Eminem fans over his collab with Kid Rock aren’t that different from the hardcore MAGA supporters they claim to despise. I get why people are upset, but as fans we don’t have to like every song he puts out. However, we can at least be respectful of his artistic choices and who he considers friends. Especially when the song is literally about unity and faith. Disappointed in some of the posts I’m seeing from the Eminem fan community.

Me personally, I applaud Eminem and Kid Rock for the leadership they have shown with this collaboration. I hope it inspires all of us to look within and think about how we’re treating our own family and friends in this sensitive political climate.
