Started school again for a higher education while I’m working at my job. I wanna try new hobbies man, but everything from 3 pm - 8 pm goes in to schoolwork.

I hate it now, but once i’m done I’ll never regret doing this

@DOAfailure They probably know that most people already have their mind set on one side, so they wanna try and steal votes from the competitors. In reality they just swap voters with each others… nobody gains any leverage over the other…

-Give you unnecessary stress
-Yell at you tell you everything you do wrong and never give positive feedback
-Set unrealistic high standards
-Set you work unpaid overtime
-Let the apprentice work alone without supervision
Ive had both kinds of bosses unfortunately

@DOAfailure From my experience a good boss:
-Is level headed and speaks with clarity
-Is open to discuss difficult situations without judgement
-Will let you know where to improve, but won’t do it it in a negative way
-Will make difficult decisions and let your voice be heard if you disagree
