@LNRailway train delayed which means I’m likely to miss my @AvantiWestCoast connection at Crewe for the 18:08 to Glasgow. Am I going to be able to get on another train if I miss this one???

When you get to the hotel and want to eat dinner but get told they are so busy that they can’t possibly get you in for another 90 minutes. When the restaurant has 4 tables occupied out of about 30!! Not good enough @premierinn

@love_prezzo definitely not loving Prezzo in Brighton this evening. To say service is slow is an understatement, but not helped by managers who cannot be bothered to communicate with us or even do as they say they will.
