After the ministry of employment and labor began a comprehensive inspection into one hundred and its affiliates over unpaid wages, cha gawon sent an apology message to staff.

On the same day, the company's legal representative law firm issued a notice explaining the procedure for paying overdue wages, including electronic verification of the amounts owed and submission of a statement of non punishment (처벌불원서). Payments will be processed in order of receipt based on the submission date. However, the process has drawn mixed reactions from staff, with some expressing concern that the issue has not been fully resolved.

I searched 처벌불원서, and it is an official document in which the victim states that they do not wish for the offender to be punished. So, if staff sign the document sent by the company, they're agreeing not to pursue against the company for the unpaid wages issue.

Just remembered that in march, BPM told The Fact that staff salaries had been paid normally, that 100 and INB100 staff had already received their february wages, and that BPM staff salaries would be processed that day.

Meanwhile, staff were posting instagram stories about unpaid wages and unpaid insurance.

Then in June, after the ministry of employment and labor began a comprehensive inspection, she suddenly sent an apology to staff, a repayment plan, and a request for staff to submit a non punishment statement as part of the wage payment process. Reports also noted that the payment guidance was being directed mainly toward staff, not executives 💀 SICK

Sebenernya beda pendapat boleh, boleh bgt kok, rnb jg boleh klo ga nyaman. TL itu TL kita, kita buat nyaman diri kita aja sendiri. Boleh jg kok mau berpendapat pake akun asli kek, 2nd akun kek, atau akun kosongan. Yg ga boleh tuh:

- invalidate pendapat/feelings org lain - ngrasa klo dukung A, berarti hate B. Padahal bisa lho dukung A itu jg dukung B tpi di jalan masing2. Kenapa harus memaksakan org lain memilih, padahal bs contradicing feeling can coexsit.

- masukin list org2 yg harus di rnb(seolah lu nyuruh oomfs lu hate org2 yg lu list), ngajakin benci jg yg lain.
