@TUIUK what is the point in having planes which can fly at over 500 mph when your ground handling agents take well over an hour to get luggage 500m from the plane to the terminal at @manairport? Unacceptable. You need to look at what Jet2 do and follow there lead!

Bravo @manairport your staff at T3 couldn’t have been more helpful accommodating my Mother-In-Law in her wheelchair. @askryanair your staff need some training on the correct process for checking in a wheelchair. #accessibility
