@skynewsniall I can’t tell you how amazing #Couchto5K is. Week one I couldn’t even do 30 seconds. Took me 3 weeks to crack the 1 min running. Then I just progressed everytime. I started in mid April and in June I ran 5 x 5k and ran another last night! It’s amazing.
