Wow ๐ณ Shocking service from @bppulseuk Unable to charge my car last night due to them not completing their 24 hr security checks,and this response from their complaints department! No apology,no explanation of what โfailedโ their checks,no options to resolve. Very poor service!

@Outlook have to be the worst company to try and get help from! After changing my phone Iโm now blocked from my emails and cannot contact anyone to get this sorted! How do I complain?
@MatchwinnerUK Any idea who to contact about my order I placed in March? 11 weeks on and I still havenโt received it. Queried in May, response received saying it was nearly ready. Queried again 2 days ago and heard nothing. Not a great service for the price I paid.
