Do not think that your world can escape the consequences of its actions. We cannot alter the Law of the Great Spirit. What has been sown must be reaped. If you have sown selfishness; you must reap the results.

Sometimes you are sad and shed tears, and wash away your loved ones who live in the spirit world. Try to make yourselves more receptive, to be calm, and they will draw close. Do not have fear, worry or distress, for those things create a fog which it's hard for them to penetrate.

The great ones of your world are not the great ones of the spirit world. We see greatness as greatness of soul, greatness of spirit, greatness in desire to serve. These things will endure long after the glitter of the material world has disappeared from within yourself.

So many are dead to the things of the spirit. The little life-force flickers in their puny bodies, but no spiritual things can find any response within them. But gradually we make progress. Gradually the force of the spirit increases in strength all over your world of matter.

I come from the world of spirit where values are known, where falsity does not exist and inequality does not reign. All the pretence and shams of your world are stripped away and the soul is revealed in all its nakedness, so that its strength and its weakness can be known to all.

Nothing is ever lost, in your world or in the spirit world. Every thought, every action, every desire to serve that is thrown out of your hearts helps someone somewhere. Always, when the desire is there, you attract those who can help you from both worlds.

The power of the Great Spirit ignores all earthly distinctions and cares not for rank or title, grade of society, skin colour, race, nationality or class. It recognizes only those who can respond, wherever they may be, whoever they may be, and fills them with the spirit power.

There are many links in the chain which leads to the Great White Spirit, and the lowest ones in your world are linked to the highest angels, as you call them, in the world of spirit. No one in your world is so bad that he is not in touch with the Great White Spirit.

The spirit world is the world where there are no clumsy words to express inspiration, but where thought is the living language and reveals itself with lightning rapidity. We have no sects. We have only one religion, only the operation of the divine laws to instruct us.

When it is time for a body to fall away and the spirit to become emancipated, then, obeying a natural law, it does so. When it is time for the soul to be released it goes, and there is nothing that you can do in your world of matter to alter that law.

You bring into the spirit world what you are—not what you think you are, and not what you try to show other people you are. It is what you are inside. You will be able to see it for yourself when you come into the spirit world.

Your world has to learn to realize that all are the children of the Great Spirit. The barriers are made by the children of earth, not by the Great Spirit. He has given to each one of them a part of His spirit and, because of that, they are all parts of Him.

If the one who has passed into the spirit world is on the same mental and spiritual plane as the one in your world, then he will receive the thoughts, but if the two are so far removed from one another that they are on different planes, then he will not receive the thoughts.

You must live your lives according to the Law of the Great Spirit, for the Law is always perfect in its operation. You have no right to interfere with the operation of the Law, and if you do you must pay the price for cutting yourself off.

All peoples will merge, because each has something to give to your world. You can see the time coming, if you look with the eyes of the spirit, when all will live together in harmony, giving all peoples the advantage of their own race, their own culture and their own learning.

The person obsessed has created within himself the conditions that make spirit obsession possible. It is all a question of the individual. It is the same as when you are filled with a desire for love and service you attract those higher ones who can use you. It is the same law.
