@Miele_GB Just had your engineer look into my broken 4 month old Miele washing machine. Parts not available for a month and replacement machine can be delivered, but doorstep only!!! Not self-isolating so are you Hiding behind Covid-19 Govt. advice? If Engineer can visit why not delivery?

@Hermesparcels Why is it so difficult to speak to a human at Hermes? Or have you all been replace by robots already? My parcel was sent on Tuesday 17th Dec and no sign of it yet and unable to track or speak to anyone. So frustrating
