Returning to the basics is always important, a nice target like this gives you the freedom to explore different techniques while striving for a smooth gun mount and minimal movement .

Great article in this months Clay Shooter magazine, ‘That’s the way to do it!’ by Don Brunt focusing on etiquette at clay grounds....well worth reading through and taking some pointers!
A bit of clearance while we are quiet, exposing our Silver Birch trees and preventing them drowning in brambles! Hopefully they will be a nice feature in the summer sun ☀️

We will be staying closed tomorrow, after a mornings clearing it’s nearly all covered again, we should be open as normal Monday but do check our Facebook in case the weather has set in!
Please either check with us on here or phone to see if we are open before your visit today, we should be on site at 7.30 this morning to check the safety with the weather and will update then
For any who haven’t seen our notices at the shoot, we are hosting a small charity competition this Saturday until midday, so any looking for open practice we do advise attending in the afternoon to avoid any queue!
So, we are a full week into the New Year, what resolutions have you made? More practice, more lessons, introduce friends?
And also which ones have you failed at already?!
Happy new year to you all, thank you for the support and attendance throughout! We have had a great year seeing many improvements in the facilities, which will continue this year with the continued renovation... https://t.co/uNSA4ndWjM
