Firstly my niece has a guide dog who is welcomed in all Lake District shops. Secondly @dog_gem doesn’t even have a guide dog. Thirdly he supports tax evading businesses 🤡

I can’t just rustle up spare staff but I can apologise and maybe give discounts/free items to customers who are inconvenienced. Whingeing on socials doesn’t help the situation but that’s what people do.
