Celebrated “Rakhi with Khaki” with school students at the SP Office, where the spirit of Raksha Bandhan brought students and police personnel closer.

The students tied Rakhi to our police officers & staff, followed by an engaging tour of the SP Office and Cyber Police Station, giving them a glimpse into policing and public safety.

A heartfelt initiative to build trust, inspire young minds and strengthen the bond between police and the community.

Today, under the 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗸𝘁 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗯𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻 (𝗡𝗠𝗢𝗔) and 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶, 𝗞𝗵𝗮𝗷𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 reached out to 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝘁. 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹, 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗱𝗮 to spread awareness about the 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗮𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗲.

Through this awareness programme, students were sensitized about the dangers of substance abuse, the importance of making healthy choices, and their vital role in building a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝘂𝗴-𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮.

Today, under NMOA and Ama Police Ama Sathi, volleyball matches were organised at Nabajyoti High School and in local communities, including villages prone to ganja cultivation.

Students and community members actively participated, promoting sports, friendship, healthy choices and positive lifestyles.

Through these programmes, awareness was raised at the grassroots, inspiring students to stay active, build friendships and embrace healthy choices for a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮.

With the latest arrests, the investigation has progressed further, and all legal procedures are being followed.

Under the 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗸𝘁 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗔𝗯𝗵𝗶𝘆𝗮𝗻 (𝗡𝗠𝗢𝗔) and 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶, volleyball matches were organised at different schools and local communities including in hotspot villages prone to ganja cultivation.
The students actively participated in the matches and were encouraged to give their time to sports, build strong friendships, and embrace healthy and positive choices.
Through these programmes, not just awareness was raised at grassroots level but students were inspired to stay active, connect with one another, and understand the importance of sports, friendship and a healthy lifestyle in building a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮.

Under 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗺𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗶, a community policing and outreach programme was held at Rudangia village, Gadaguda G.P., G. Udaygiri in the presence of Shubham Bhosale IPS, SDPO Baliguda, local representatives, village elders and Police Station staff.
Awareness was created on drug abuse, 𝗰𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗱, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗢𝗖𝗦𝗢 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝘂𝗸𝘁 𝗢𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗮, with awareness materials distributed among students and villagers.
Kandhamal Police remains committed to strengthening community–police partnerships and reaching interior villages for a safer and brighter Odisha.
