@parcelforce is there a way to contact you that isn’t 📞? i have a young baby i bought a highchair for that’s sat in your national hub for 3 days despite the sender paying for quick delivery and i’d like a) my parcel and b) a convenient way to enquire where it is *with a baby*
@WeAreOpenreach hi, I need to contact someone immediately about your plans to install fibre broadband in an active
landslide located outside my house. I have grave concerns about the safety of these plans and their repercussions for myself and any works team sent out
@WeAreOpenreach@WeAreOpenreach I have tried contacting you through your website but given that the employee I spoke to could only offer to pass on the details (which clearly he had no official script for) to his manager and give me the address for your head office i am not feeling reassured
@WeAreOpenreach@WeAreOpenreach again - you currently have plans to bring a work crew with a ‘small digger’ onsite to install cables 20 feet from an unstable landslide (as pictured from upstairs my window). please advise me on who to discuss this act of reckless endangerment with.
@bt_uk of course there isn’t. how would I bring this to the attention of the someone who could step in then? i am extremely concerned for both my safety and the safety of any work crew you send out. this is very, very serious.
@bt_uk could you possibly tell me who ai would get in contact with in order to discuss fibre broadband installation plans next to an active landslide? I’ve looked at 5 of your websites and I can’t find a number to call to stop BT from sending a work crew to destroy my property
@bt_uk you’ve given me a completely inappropriate number to call given this one only allows me to discuss my broadband package. why is you company so very awful?
@bt_uk i already tried this number to report the issue and you didn’t send anyone to look at it given the fact the employee who turned up today and the engineer who turned up yesterday had no idea about the landslide in the first place
i have already contacted the appropriate members of my local council team but would like to speak directly to someone from BT to ensure you are properly aware of the situation before you send work men to carry out potentially devastating and life threatening operations
@bt_uk how is this actually acceptable? Bit difficult to have a “merry christmas” in 2024 when the service that provides the ability to be merry isn’t working.
@BenBurgessAg hi, i’ve been trying to contact your company for the last two weeks trying to organise a return for a faulty item but have had no reply from the two email addresses listed on your website. unsure if it’s problem at my end or your end. could you help mr out?
