We are so lucky, looking back at history, China quelled the Tiananmen Square protest movement in good time. Just imagine where China and humanity would be today if the US had managed to install the Chinese equivalent of a Zalenski or Al-Jolani in Bejing in1989; how many millions of Chinese people would have died of hunger, remained in poverty, and lost a chance at a decent life.
How many bridges would not have been completed, roads not paved, social and technological advances not made, factories not opened, and cities, schools, and public infrastructure not built and developed, had China fallen into decades of instability, undoubtedly used by Western powers to exploit and corrupt it beyond repair?
As China makes amazing strides in technology and public services for its people (and, unlike the US, without destroying its working classes, but rather building them up), we should be very, very thankful China made the right decision and did not follow the path to guaranteed doom taken by other countries 'liberated' and 'democratized' by Western colonial powers.
Just imagine where we would be with no counter to Western imperialism. China as a 3rd-world, violent, broken, internally-conflicted, US-approved 'democracy', can you picture the horror?
Do you realize what they saved themselves fro,?

What the West has done in Gaza and about Gaza - the dystopian enforcement, censorship, and coercion - is 100 times worse than what China did in and about Tiananmen. No Western country has any right to criticize anyone about anything ever again in all of history.
Thank you
