It's so interesting how everyone identifies themselves and uses accessories for self expression.

And it should be more than just updates on apps/sites. Of course that requires the funding transit companies receive to be considered. But they should also realise that better utility leads to greater use. Make it more convenient for people to use.

One thing I think is for sure is that improvements that benefit everyone in the long run but look troublesome in the short run is a big turnoff for so many. And people will forgo change even if the benefit would be a drastic improvement.

Needing glasses that early is rough. Hoom had them since third grade but had Lasik. Such a difference. Every little bit that improves life quality helps.

It's a wonder what lots of water and some good weather will do. Just being able to get outside and see trees and other plants is nice, if that is one's thing. Hoom wants to be closer to the water though.

However, since they run every half hour (I'm pretty sure) at most, scheduling can be rough. Hoom feels the way yours did about the bus route she uses. It always seems to be late at certain times.

The shorter lines don't have refreshments but the longer ones do. Decreasing the number of cars in favour of rails and busses would also be great for safety and reducing pollution.

There are a few lines over here in addition to the light rail that runs through San Diego proper. More lines in more areas would be super convenient.
