I said this in a voice call, but itβs crazy to me how all of the doors inspired games been taken down, and yet doors is completely fine
Like correct me if Iβm wrong, but Iβve never seen any problems or serious things happen with doors
I bought and played the first evil within recently. This game absolutely slapped.
My only two problems is that The Crossbow didn't feel satisfying to use and that the stealth mechanics in Julie's DLCs felt janky as hell.
Genuinely underrated otherwise.
As much as I liked Chase I do think it would've been better for the story if he died. Robert loses another another guardian figure to the same fucking guy and it would impact choosing to kill Shroud WAY more.
AdHoc Studio recently revealed in the first draft of Dispatch that the character Chase was supposed to die, but they later decided to change it:
"I liked him. Why the fuck would we kill character we like? It was so hard to get people to like him. Why would we throw that away?"
My roommate is so fucking dumb he was helping me make some pasta and RICHT after I told him to be careful with the strainer he proceeded to immediately pour boiling hot water all over his hands.
This is the same guy that voices The Chief and The Before from EGH btw.
