@GE_Appliances I finally have a fixed washer! I applaud Nancy, in the Social Care Advocate department. This is how you take care of your customers. You need to train your consumer relations depart. as they were of zero help. Thank you Nancy!

@GE_Appliances I spent over $1300+ for a washer that broke in less than 2 years, no stock or ETA for a replacement control panel. Your customer relations dept offered a discounted new appliance when I'm still paying off the first! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

@jjb70 No, but I did kinda make a ramp. I put a thinner pillow slightly underneath the front of it it so my shoulders get support,my neck isn't bent and my arm can tuck under. 🤣
