Make sure you’re one of the covered people under the Injunction and don’t sell/throw away that brace. When (hopefully never but you know how that goes) Democrats get back in charge they’ll find a way to make you a felon for it. You might need to swap back.

Also, if you are paying yearly for GOA or one of the covered groups, what happens next year when you can’t afford it? Or forget to pay it? Then you get pulled over with it in your trunk. A lifetime membership would be great if you can afford to drop that much money at once.

Next, find a way to prove you are a member of one of those covered groups of individuals and keep that with you. The ATF is going to be foaming at the mouth to catch someone careless they can toss into prison. And the only way this becomes permanent is if we win big in the mid terms and Republicans can run Congress for the next two years. Even then you’re going to have to trust Republicans not to sit on their hands with this stuff as they have historically done in the past.

The NFA is not dead, it’s just down for the count in some respects. It’s going to take tireless effort to quash it the rest of the way before Democrats can shove it back down everyone’s throats.
