Also look at the little zigzags in the Japanese Violet! Those got lost in the video and just looked like a lazy gradient so I’ve come around on the color.

I was rambling about this in discord but based on the marks here and all their properties (Typeface, Color, Patterning) Scarlet is so much more interesting than Violet. Look at that “A”! The color gradient is tiled! It’s curvy!

Violet looks too modern and boring and safe!!
