The disputes that arise are exactly boy friend and girlfriend. No model release and no archived identification. Someone posts an adult video to the internet. Then when they break up and get cross ways from another someone goes to a lawyer. Next you have a lawsuit for revenge porn, nasty allegations about lack of consent, and real legal consequences in a civil court. There could also be allegations that a criminal law was broken. This can go deep fast. Not keeping a model release or unexpired official ID is not a good risk management practice. I score model releases and 2257 as more than just advisable and if anyone is in the adult video business it is a big mistake. There is no I'm a creator defense in court.
@toptiertits@AliceBunnyland2 Not sure what you mean, that model releases are not a legal requirement. Not having a model release means you don’t own the content , and you don’t have the right to use it commercially. Seems to me like these are a really big legal requirement.
@_jessicaxmarie They might find out and not care or not believe it is you . If you think it will be a problem you could tell them about your situation and ask if it is a problem. You can get way different reactions depending on the individual employer.
