@WestJet @ElPunitor Safety certification isn’t the issue. Usability is.
At 6’3”, a 28” seat pitch is physically unusable — knees forced into the seat ahead. “Industry standard” doesn’t make it workable.
If this is being tested, it must be clearly disclosed at booking, not discovered after purchase.

@gordonmcdowell @D4V There are ways around it, using things like rclone (to remotely map the drive as local) but using multiple worker accounts. It has been a while since I have done anything with it, but the media hoarders have scripts that automate some of it... Try searching for Emby Plex rclone
