I wasn’t expecting that… a funny thing happened to me in a cab today! Thanks very much to cabbie SohoJoe for his permission to film this and put it on social media
@MartinSLewis Sadly, it's all about click bait now. Competing to get the first view & make ad revenue. Worst of all, it can be dangerously misleading. Even the 'big guys' are doing it.
@gsbrennan hi Georgia. Just messaging on behalf of Sarah* (first tutors) She's trying to get a hold of you. Can you check your linkedin messages. *as she is not on X anymore
@R93wWilson@MartinSLewis You can continue with your current ISA as the £20k allowance resets at new tax year. Or you can leave (inactive) to earn interest & open a new one. If you want to you can transfer your old into the new (if better rate) but always officially transfer it to retain tax free status.
@CitySZN__@MartinSLewis Easy access Cash ISA. Any interest will be tax free, but these ISAs let you withdraw and replace your cash. Not affecting your annual allowance.
@MartinSLewis Joint account for everything going in. This pays bills, expenses etc. A personal account gets a % transfer to spend as we please. Been working perfectly for 20+ years. No arguments of who pays this, who pays that!
