@farwell_WR I have thought of this or having a surcharge on discharge - but both are bad precedents. As a smoker, you didn't get 'de-prioritized' but you did pay taxes on your cigarettes - alot of taxes. Perhaps they need to consider tax incentives. Eg Raise taxes and exempt the vaccinated

@WR_Record Im good with bike lanes, but unsure of the need for both posts and curbs. Is the intent to remove them all in the fall to plow in the winter? Do you need both? (I saw lanes before and get that many drivers do not).
