@thermaebathspa Sorry, in what order are you contacting people. I had a booking for April 1st which was less than a week after you closed. So giving you started contacting customers on September 1st, should it take a month to get through all the bookings for that week?

@BabesShelley @thermaebathspa Exactly, I’ve seen a few posts of them saying how busy their reservations team but clearly no intention of paying what they owe customers. @BBCWatchdog might be a good story for you. Plenty of fed up customers

@CursonNatasha @curson81 @thermaebathspa It takes a while but if I wait, I usually get through. Not that it’s any good! The other thing I was told is that, “the refunds team don’t have a direct dial or can’t be transferred to. So you’ll just have to wait for them to ring”. Brilliant service 👏👏👏

@curson81 @thermaebathspa Exactly the same here. On this weeks call they told me, “the refunds team had only started today”, even though they’d told me the previous week they were working through them 🤷🏼‍♂️
