@HMRCcustomers I'm a pensioner who gets National Pension, temporary Attendance Allowance and a small occupational pension. Are you sure I won't be taxed later down the line?

@HMRCcustomers Yes but, the letters from you informing me that it was being reviewed came in the same post as the cheque so I couldn't let you know . I never gave a tax rebate a thought. I was so tied up doing the running around and paperwork.

@HMRCcustomers My son died in August and I have just received a tax rebate in my name but, as his daughter is 18 she is the legal recipient not me. I can't cash it for her as I'm a pensioner and don't wish to be responsible for paying tax on it plus, it legally isn't mine to cash

@Shenaz67637270 @Namecheap @SpencerCampbeli Same here. My Credit Card company won't do anything because I had no proof. The company concerned didn't send me any confirmation of purchase. They are also still trying to collect money monthly from my card but that got changed by the Credit Card company after I reported it.
