@CC_EssexHerts This does not show a bus between 14.23 and 16.23 on 20/12/25, but the one we missed was not long after 15.00. We then found something saying the next one was 17.01, but that's the one that vanished from the tracker, so we couldn't determine when it was going to arrive

@CC_EssexHerts Thanks to an incorrect timetable on your website, missed the 35 to Bishop's Stortford this p.m. Following it's progress on the Live Bus Tracker, on website & app, it then totally disappeared - no explanation. Have now wasted 1.5hrs & had to get taxi. Shambolic!
