We’re staying in the Bangladesh region for this one to highlight a guy who defines what it means to be a "hard worker."

If you’ve been on any of our recent community calls or checked the event logs in Discord, you know him.

He is a Regional Leader, a Nightwing Ambassador at @glider__ and honestly... I don’t think he ever sleeps.

I asked Sharif how he manages to be everywhere at once. Here is his story:

When I’m not online? I’m usually watching Anime or grinding away at my Web2 job.

Yeah, I balance a full-time Web2 job and my Web3 life at the same time. It’s a lot of work... but I love the hustle.

I actually didn't join Glider on day one. I was a bit late to the party compared to the OGs.

But I realized pretty quickly that it didn't matter when you started; it mattered how you showed up.

So, I just put my head down and worked. I stayed active, I helped out where I could, and eventually, the team noticed.

Getting promoted to a Nightwing Ambassador was a huge moment for me.

My favorite part of all this is just talking to people. I love the chit-chat in the regional channels.

Co-hosting those onboarding calls and guiding new users through the platform... that’s where the real fun is.

I try to make sure everyone feels comfortable and knows exactly what they’re doing.

I’m here to prove that if you work hard and keep the vibes friendly, you can build something amazing.
